Drive Lines Technologies Ltd General Manager Ian Carr attended the R+W International Sales Meeting this year for the first time since Drive Lines were appointed authorised UK distributors in March 2012.
Every 2 years R+W invite their international distributors to attend a sales meeting in Germany. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce new products and innovations, meet the R+W staff, and most importantly for the distributors to exchange ideas and experiences. The meeting takes the form of a days formal presentations with each distributor presenting a unique or interesting application of R+W products. The following day involves product training and a tour of the R+W factory in Klingenberg.
Ian explains:

The products complement Drive Lines range of power transmission solutions which include screw jacks, linear actuators, brakes, clutches and industrial gearboxes.

We do not lightly take on new principals, but due to their high level of service and product excellence we were more than happy that R+W fit our criteria.
