You may be aware that on 5th April 2023, Drive Lines Technologies Ltd was acquired by the RARUK Group. As part of the acquisition, I agreed to remain as Managing Director of Drive Lines for 12 months. Therefore, as of Monday 8th April 2024, I will no longer be a Director of Drive Lines and will be semi-retiring.
However, I will continue to be employed by Drive Lines in a support role, working 2 days per week, nominally Wednesday and Thursday.
To facilitate this change, we have carried out the following restructuring:
- Matt Jones is now Sales Director and is de facto Managing Director of Drive Lines from 8th April 2024
- Luke Barnett (Financial Director of RARUK Group) and Darren Reynolds (Managing Director of RARUK Group) are now Drive Lines Directors
- David Wood is now Senior Internal Sales Engineer
- Jon Ray joined in March 2024 as External Technical Sales Engineer
- Suryan Pindoria joined in January 2024 as Trainee Applications Engineer
- Tom Jones joined in September 2023 as Customer Support Administrator
- Amanda Brown continues as Office/Finance Manager
- We also retain Peter Moody as a self-employed Technical Sales Consultant
I am confident that with the changes we have made, and the backing of RARUK, we are in a very strong position to grow Drive Lines and serve our customers for many years to come.
