Can I come and visit you or can you come and see me?

You are welcome to visit us, simply call our office on Tel 01234 360689 or email sales@drivelines.co.uk for an appointment. Our sales engineer will also be happy to meet you at your premises to discuss your needs and offer the right solution.

I’m not sure how to select a suitable product – can you help?

Yes, we have many years of application experience. We can help you specify the product you require for your project.

Do you accept Credit Card payments?

Yes, we accept major cards such as Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX.

Why do you not have an Online Shop?

Our products are highly technical and more suitable for ordering after a consultation. During the consultation, our skilled engineering and sales team will work with you to identify your needs and offer a customised solution.

What is the lead time for a standard Screw Jack?

Normally 3-4 working weeks from receipt of order. If you need a quicker delivery, we can often offer an express premium service. Just ask for details.

What is the lead time for a standard Gearbox?

Normally 2-4 working weeks from receipt of order for General Purpose Planetary Gearboxes and 4-8 working weeks for Precision Gearboxes depending on exact specification.

Do you have CAD files?

Yes, most files are under the relevant product category on our website. If you cannot find the file, please contact us.
