GROB Cubic High Performance SERVO Jacks HMC

Cubic High Performance SERVO Jacks HMC
Version G – Translating (Basic)
In Version G (rising spindle) the spindle provides the linear motion. In this design the spindle moves axially through the jack nut. Rotation of the spindle must be prevented; usually by fixing the end of the spindle to the item being moved.
Description
The high-performance SERVO Screw jacks from the Classic HMC series are a further development of the Classic MC series. These are specially matched to the dynamically demanding SERVO application areas of use, which standard Screw jacks are unsuitable for due to their simple construction.
Advantages:
- HMC Servo Jacks have a housing shape that is optimised for cooling. The cooling fins allow better dissipation of the heat and a higher duty cycle can thus be achieved
- The worm gear runs in an oil bath, which dissipates the heat better and distributes it evenly throughout the entire drive allowing for 3000rpm input speeds
- The standard version has a self-inhibiting trapezoidal threaded spindle in a planetary milled precision version
- Ball Screw Spindle option for longer life and higher speeds
- Lifting force from 25 kN to 350 kN
- Linear speeds up to 17m/min
- Gear casings Can be mounted in any attitude
- Generally maintenance free
- Gear casings aluminium or grey cast iron in a cubic form
- Food quality options and many specials available
