Examples of Special Motor Options
Side Box
Terminal box on side (right or left) (80-315 frame).
Cast-on feet or bolt on feet to be selected (100-315 frame).
Double Shaft
Second shaft end.
Available in all frame sizes.
Special Shaft
Special shafts available in all frame sizes.
Size of the inner bearing ring is a limitation of the shaft diameter.
Manual Cranking
Special shaft suitable for manual cranking available.
There is a square at the end of NDE shaft.
The hole in fan cover is plugged with plastic plug.
No Fan
Motors without fan can be supplied as:
- TENV (IC410) (with reduced power output)
- TEAO (IE418) (for use in air stream)
The air stream must provide sufficient cooling.
Available in all frame sizes.
Fly Leads
Motors with fly leads instead of terminal box
are available in all frame sizes.
Fly Leads & No Fan
Motors with fly leads and no fan can be supplied as
- TENV (IC410) (with reduced power output)
- TEAO (IE418) (for use in air stream)
The air stream must provide sufficient cooling. Motors with fly leads are often preferred option for fans and blowers as no Terminal box blocks the air stream. Available in all frame sizes.
With Encoder
Motors fitted with encoder can be supplied in all frame sizes where there is a requirement for vector speed control.
Force Ventilated
Force ventilated motors necessary for wide speed control (where slow shaft speed is required) are available in all frame sizes.
Motor, Brake, Encoder & Force Ventilation Unit
A combination of motor, brake, encoder and force ventilation unit can be supplied for all frame sizes.
